NOTE: There have been a few recent problems with downloading the very large (double album) FLAC versions in certain browsers. We have found that Safari on both Mac and Windows seems to work in any case. The other browsers sometimes give a “FAILED – Network Error” or similar message. We suggest trying to use the Apple Safari browser for downloading until we can narrow down the issue. MP3 versions seem to not be an issue.

Can I get a physical CD of a release?

Not at this time. Currently all of the music releases on AtmoWorks are digital downloads only with music and art included.

How do I download my music?

Once you have completed your order and have submitted payment through paypal, you will see a page with your recent purchase information. This page includes download links to any music releases from that order. You will also receive an e-mail receipt that will also contain links to download your music.

I never received my receipt e-mail, what’s up with that?

Make sure to check your SPAM/JUNK folder. Occasionally these e-mails can get flagged as spam. If you find them in your SPAM folder, make sure to approve our address so that any future messages make it to your inbox.

I’ve lost my e-mail. Can I still download what I’ve purchased?

You may also access any downloads at any time from any purchases using the My Account link at the top of the site. When you log in, you will see a list of your download links.

Do my downloads expire?

You are granted 3 downloads per music release that you have ordered. These links do not expire.

How do I access the music in the zip file?

Click on any of the above links to download the compressed zip file to your computer. You will need to use a program to unzip the files. On Mac OS X, and Windows this is built in and you should be able to just double click the file to expand it.

Once your zip file is unzipped, it will contain the MP3 music tracks and a PDF of the liner notes and other artwork.

How do I play the music? What’s an MP3?

The MP3 file type is a common format for compressed audio and music files.

You can load these MP3 files into any music player that supports the common MP3 audio format such as Apple iTunes, or Windows Media Player along with many other programs. Check the instructions for your media/music player for how to add your music.

If you purchased a Lossless FLAC version of a release, you will need to find a supporting player or convert these yourself to a file format that your player will understand.
